At times, resources can feel stretched given the fast pace and volume of work. The company recently went through layoffs, which was difficult for everyone involved.

Working at StudioNorth has been a great experience. The work is interesting, many big brand clients and I always feel like there's something new to learn. While much of the work is production work, there are good opportunities to participate in brainstorms, develop ideas and concepts for new projects which feels like I’m constantly learning and tackling new challenges. The best part is the people. Everyone here is talented, but more importantly, they’re supportive and collaborative. It’s a team atmosphere where people genuinely want to help each other succeed, and that makes a huge difference. There’s also a real sense of camaraderie that makes coming into the office fun and enjoyable. (Flexible working is also another perk - we only come into the office 2 days a week and have flexible start and end times. Which I appreciate, especially in an agency setting). On top of that, the opportunities to grow are endless. The leadership has a strong vision for where the company is headed, and they really invest in their people. Whether it’s through training, new responsibilities, or just offering a helping hand, they make sure you have the resources and support to grow professionally. All in all, StudioNorth is an awesome place to work. I feel lucky to be part of such a great team and to be working on such exciting projects. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a place that values creativity, collaboration, and growth!
