Management is so delusional and so far away from their operational employees, aka the ones that are actually doing the labor and face to face with clients and students, that they make extremely poor decisions without consulting the employees that it actually affects first. This used to be a company where you can get have growth and be promoted from within. Now it is all about hiring from the outside and then those people have zero understanding and have the trained by somebody who has been there for years, which is completely insulting. The new (now 2 years and running) software they launched, that is exclusively to SG, still does not work properly even tho millions have been thrown at it. But, again, management, the ones that decided to launch it, did not consult with the employees that actually have to use it and have been explaining time and time again why the software was not ready to be launched. That was the big downfall. Since then, lay-offs, turn-around in staff. It really WAS a great and fun place to work, even tho the pay was never great, but in exchange for a fun atmosphere, with eager people to help our clients, it was worth it. Things have changed.
