The business has absolutely no respect to staff's work life balance and personal time, constant late night phone calls with the UK or Singapore is the norm here and no one dares to complain. Staff turnover is extraordinary here, there is departure announcements every week and valuable intellectual property is lost along with each resignation, yet this doesn't seem to bother the management team one bit.
