-you get to actually have an impact. If you see a process that isn’t working, you can actually change it and implement it pretty quickly. -dependent on the team, but I was very lucky to have a great team and a manager that let me work in a way that was best for me -great opportunities for bonus/commission -a lot of opportunity to take ownership over tasks outside of your role (if you want), and you get recognized for it

-there is a lot of policy change currently happening that is a bit antiquated (not allowed to post pronouns, no tattoos, no piercings, etc) -they initially were very big on work life balance, there is a definite shift going in the “hustle culture” direction. (Example: there are mandatory weekend shifts for all managers, regardless of department) -some unrealistic expectations in terms of implementing new processes. Implementing quickly is great, but there still needs to be a clear plan. Definitely a lot of messiness on this front.
