The management is understanding. You get to share you opinion and voice out and the best thing is they consider them. Lot of encouragement and positive atmosphere. Friendly people. They take care of each and every employee equally.

Minpunten

None for now. Everything is good there. All you need is to take some pressure in peaks but it is quite manageable with the kind of encouragement they give.
