1. The founder is a ponzi-schemer, con-artist with a fake american accent. He keeps the head of departments based on who is his better friend instead of who is more qualified. If the heads are idiots, how can the organisation function? Also, the only investor in this company is one of founder's known. No one would give him any money otherwise. 2. If you are an employee there, you will pe paid less than half of what you are worth and expected to work overtime for free. 3. The company is doomed to fail and everybody inside knows it. Therefore, nobody takes their job seriously. 4. The company culture only consists of lies and manipulation. Whenever you try to get what you deserve you will either be talked down to or made fake promises. Since I was a useful employee, fake promises were made to me. Other employees were manipulated and threatened with lawsuits.
