What is more important is that the organization is patient enough and allows employees time to settle down and deliver in their new roles and not start expecting magic from day 0. 4. Balances out work with fun. Relaxed atmosphere on the floor. Regular business updates to the entire team means everyone knows what their work is helping achieve
