Lots of autonomy. Friendly and nice people. Interesting projects.

Poor pay. Work is not distributed throughout staff evenly. Promotions are less than 5% salary increase. Promotions based on past performance not recent past performance or future potential. They are increasing the D&I despite the vibeshift and legal pushback.
