Bad management 😡 - werkgeversreview Software Engineer bij Suma Soft

Worked in Mukund Bansod’s team so providing review for his team, I was asked to extend my notice period. Which I already served 3 months. I was Experienced java developer and asked me to work on RPA tool and front end technologies. Did not worked on single java based project. Scrutinised travel time in minutes. No Benefits. Upper management is not concerned with ground level developers. More over friendly behaviour with girls than males. HR do not have power. Managers overpowers HR teams so all policies are manager oriented.
