Nothing positive to write about them

Minpunten

Since the current Head of HR Shabina Ansari joined, the company has been in a steep decline. Many long-term, high-performing employees have been let go — not due to performance issues or business needs, but purely due to internal politics, personal biases, and second-hand gossip. Shockingly, the HR Head has only visited the office once. She operates remotely from a different city and makes critical decisions based on filtered narratives from a select few. She never engages directly with teams or tries to understand the actual ground reality — yet she's been given unchecked authority to make career-altering decisions from afar. Her conduct is not just unprofessional — it’s toxic. She gossips about employees, twists facts, spreads misinformation, and plays people against each other. The result is a workplace built on fear, distrust, and manipulation. Transparency is nonexistent. Morale is at an all-time low. Employees are constantly on edge, afraid of becoming the next target. She was brought in by the President due to her affiliation with the AOL (Art of Living) network. Despite having no real understanding of staffing or HR best practices, she continues to receive blind support simply because of that connection. The favoritism toward people from AOL is blatant and damaging. Employees are being coerced into joining AOL programs and even asked to pay for those courses. Those who resist are subtly (or not so subtly) targeted for exit. A prime example of this flawed system is Vatan Bhati — one of the most incompetent individuals holding a powerful position solely because he is an AOL teacher and acts as a watchdog for upper management. He rarely responds to messages or takes accountability, projecting an inflated sense of self-importance. Ironically, the company operated far better before he joined. His only apparent skill is being a loyal mouthpiece for the leadership. To make things worse, incentives — which are one of the biggest motivators for employees — are not paid on time. In some cases, there have been delays of up to six months. This not only impacts morale but also shows a complete lack of respect for the efforts of hardworking employees. The most disheartening aspect? Senior leadership is doing nothing. Whether out of ignorance, indifference, or complicity — their silence is enabling the toxicity to grow unchecked. Good employees are leaving, productivity is dropping, and the once-positive work culture is eroding rapidly.
