What I value most about working at Summit is the company's commitment to recognizing and rewarding hard work. Summit does an excellent job of identifying employees with potential and providing them with the tools, training, and opportunities to grow within the organization. Another aspect I truly appreciate is the emphasis Summit places on work-life balance. I find genuine satisfaction in my role and take pride in my responsibilities. Additionally, I enjoy collaborating with a team of supportive and dedicated colleagues, which contributes to a positive and engaging work environment.

For starters I would like to see a change in the way they handle merit increases, feels like they are all over the place and don't really keep track of when employees are due for these reviews. I would also like to see more safety trainings through out the year, for example how to lift properly, dispose of chemicals, how to properly use machinery etc,.
