Please look at the below examples of things I was either asked or told to do and seriously consider if you would want to work at this establishment.
As a person employed in the human resource operations these were some things I was told/asked to do:
1. Throw bio-hazard away in a regular dumpster. I did NOT do this because I am a smart person. I was told to do this by one of the human resource managers. I was told we are not a large quantity generator of bio-hazard and that's why it's ok to do. There is no such thing.
2. Lie on an hourly person's time card by inputting a vacation day (that they did not request and was not preapproved) so they would not lose holiday pay.
3. After maternity leave, I was asked to pump in an elevator closet (where the mechanics are housed) because all other private rooms were taken. This was after I had politely/professionally asked to pump in my car. I was asked to do this by one of the human resource managers. This is actually not compliant with state code and we would have incurred a fine per the a state inspector that I spoke with.
4. I witnessed several mold techs with their whole bodies inside presses without them locked out/tagged out. When I brought this up I was told this was okay.
