Thank you for your feedback! SumnerOne has an existing remote/hybrid work policy. This policy does permit our employees to work-from-home, depending on their role and department. (For example, a Field Service Tech would have less opportunity to WFH due to the nature of the role requiring the employee to be at customer work sites servicing our products, whereas a Sales Rep or Administrative employee may have the ability to productively and successfully work from home.) We are actively working on ways to expand this policy and allow for more hybrid opportunities and options.

None, I use to love this job. Now I just dread going to work. Too many clicks, and if you don't fit in, you will be an outsider. Its also nice to see many employees doing little to no work with no repercussions. The one place where nothing works should be the actual slogan.

Minpunten

I use to love this place. Then upper management changed, we lost a bunch of accounts. Employees have been fired right and left, or ran for the hills (they are the smart ones). They have events, but don't allow field technicians enough flexibility to get to them. You will be underpaid, watched like a hawk, and don't expect to get ahead. There are little to no opportunities to advance, and when there are, they are not posted for you to apply to them. Current management will pick and choose who gets a chance for the opening.
