SunPower does not scrimp on system updates. they usually conducts User training, kaizen, and 8D depending on the management prerogative.

Minpunten

As the SunPower Shared Service/ GBFS leadership changes quite often 3 GMS in less than 5 years, go figure it out.

Honestly not a lot to say here. It is unquestionably the worst company I ever worked for. Back when it was Blue Raven, it was a fantastic place to work. Now it's a disaster.

Minpunten

Horrible, toxic company culture. It is a horrible combination or the start-up intensity and expectation of long hours, but the bureaucratic swamp of a company 10x its size. The company is full of executives who make $250,000+ and make not only zero, but negative contributions. Most have never worked in solar before and have no idea what they're talking about
