although the growth is a positive, it is also a negative because many of the departments including HR that support the growth in the field have been left behind. empty promises of change in HR but no real plans told to us yet. the department has been left without a real leader and direction or focus for too long which has left feelings of dissatisfaction, outdated processes & policies and destroying what little engagement was left in the dept causing people to leave, feel not valued and underpaid.
