Before the new CEO came on, it was a great company. Team work, bonuses, there was pride in the work, and good morale. You could make a difference.
Minpunten
The new CEO only cares about share prices and is self-centred and arrogant. They laid off over 3,000 people in 2023 and have had to hire people back because they cut too hard. People work head down now, don't rock the boat, and the company has low morale. The new CEO has only one goal, and it's not to build a happy workforce. The people left there are still unhappy, 1.5 years after the major layoffs.
