People respect each other. I am encouraged to bring my dog to office. Variety of people working;people are people regardless of religion, sex, colour. This office brings all human together. The boss is ultra sweet who believes in good in everyone. She wants to provide an opportunity for each employee to perform/excel/just do the job. Quite easy personality she has so that we can all discuss/exchange ideas

Too nice to give extra chance to the person who screwed up everything... After some issues caused by an employee, she still likes to give the person another chance to undo the damage or prove s/he can do the job better.... I am inpatient so I would go "you are fired!" But my boss.... she is so lenient and giving.... if she were to become a president of this country.... she could really unite this divided nation to one nation under the love and trust.
