Very bad strategies from CEO a lot of facilities outside of companies are closed like in Italy probably the USA follow. Project shout down in the Lithium sector. Toxic environment and micromanagment will destroy the company. A lot of overtime working and burn out many employees left the company. Yearly reconstruction is a common thing but not helping.
