training programs are seriously lacking. I was thrown into a position after being promoted with no real training program. when I was actually performing the job i found many aspects of the job that were never conveyed to me. I had to call numerous people to figure out who else I needed to contact in regards to specific situations. Store level employees, the face of the company, are not at all compensated for the work they do. Upper management is stuck in the past. You cannot compete with companies like wawa if you don'update to the present. Uniforms, image, product offerings, use of technology included.
