Lots of opportunities for growth, either in your own role or moving to another team. Company is super innovative and works really hard to change the whole way that people rent homes. The company is still small enough that employees actually can have input on the product, and make a difference (a lot of companies talk the talk, but Sunroom walks the walk) You will learn a ton from everyone, this is a company of smart and kind people.

With any startup, things can move at a head-spinning speed and change on a dime. It can be a lot to keep up with. There is so much to do so you can end up working long hours.

In the sales dept, you get direct feedback, answers to questions and overall 'think-tank' style meetings on how we can better the sales product, team, approach, and overall customer experience with the CEO and the President in 1 on 1 style meetings -- they're always willing to help and jump on a call! What's nice is that they're not 'wannabes' or arrogant tech leaders. They're PROVEN entrepreneurs who are wicked smart and even better at explaining the 'why' not just the 'what', like typically young execs do. i.e. 'do this and do that and we'll promise you the world.' Not here - you will always know where you stand, and you will always feel like you're part of a the greater cause and you will always be inspired to do more to make more.

Other departments should share more about what they're working on. Since we're coming out of remote work, it'd be nice to get back into the groove of being in an office and all departments working closing again. Working from home is great, but it tends to silo communications with other dept heads if you have no reason to Slack them. Also, we could use more company All Hands meetings and updates just because we're growing so fast - it'd be nice to see more faces in the office and also on Zoom!
