They have it set up so if you quit or get terminated which they make it very easy to be termed if you do not meet quota within a months time, you will not be guaranteed any pay for the work you have in the pipeline that is still undergoing permits like main panel upgrades, so don't quit and expect a final paycheck. You are not guaranteed any money for months of work, so you basically work on the premise of hope. Not guaranteed any pay.
