Passengers complain a lot about hostile attitudes from call takers. Also complain a lot about details like more specific directions and needing certain types of cars or requesting a certain gender driver (which is hard because there are so few female drivers). Call takers do not inform people that there's a half an hour window in which drivers will arrive Sometimes very late for runs. Some drivers are rude to passengers or drive dangerously Dispatch does not respond to drivers msgs a lot and can be very mean. Not great pay considering the risk involved with driving Technical issues with apps and payments Making drivers have to use their own cash apps for payment causing them to have to pay a percentage because of difficulties using sunshine system Passengers complain about having to send msgs to their phone for payments, sometimes they don't have a phone or have it on them
