My experience at Sunware Technologies was disappointing.

HR is not supportive and mainly represents management, with minimal focus on employee concerns.
Strict policies – no work-from-home and pressure to take unpaid leave despite low salary.
Role mismatch – technical hires may be assigned non-technical/HR tasks, affecting skill growth.
Lack of ethical practices – communication and policies often feel unclear and not employee-friendly.
Overall, candidates should verify salary structure, role clarity, and job stability before joining.
