Pluspunten
Everyone that works there is super talented and is always willing to help you with anything that you need. SuperPurposes has a highly collaborative environment. In the sense that you aren't stuck to your main role but are free to dip your feet in all types of tasks and projects. I had the opportunity to be a content writer, a co-host and talent for social media. Diversity is a value that the company strongly adheres by. Whether that be the people that work here, the representation of people in content, etc.
Minpunten
You must reach 10 hours minimum of work a week. However, there was a time where I had no tasks available for me and it was hard to reach that 10 hour minimum. My advice is to not wait until someone gives you something to do but to step forward and ask for what you want.
