- high degree of freedom in choosing projects to pursue - good opportunity to build professional network (depending on role) - good starter job in gaming industry, a lot of domain knowledge available - flexible hours and nice offices

Minpunten

- lacking product and strategy competencies, the company is a technological hail-mary - sales signs deals without consulting the rest of company on feasibility - lacking transparency from the C-level, polar opposite of kaizen approach - frat house culture, politically driven instead of performance driven
