Unreasonable deadlines, a fair amount of turnover, insisted on working hybrid immediately after lockdown but doesn't pay enough to live in Nashville. Also, the company was going through a merger, which never helps.

helps you stay on track with your professional goals, managers are always helpful and there to support when needed, production teams are experts in their field and provide so many helpful insights, open to feedback and always looking for areas to improve or make tasks more efficient!!

I do not see these as cons but the work can sometimes be very fast paced, juggling meetings and client questions. There are also many ways to get tasks done (nonlinear) which could be a negative but I think this helps with efficiency in some ways!
