Good location and close to public transportation so it's convenient for commuting.

Poor communication, mismanaged finances. There is obvious nepotism within the company and the higher-ups and hardly any perks for employees. Decisions are hardly made in a clear and concise way. It will take a long time for anything to get done right. Employees are expected to work long hours so forget it if you have children or a life outside of work.
