Pluspunten
Despite what I will say hereafter, there are many good people who work at this company, and their vision of demystifying the healthcare industry is, at least on the surface, noble and also very necessary.
Minpunten
Pride and political intrigue are rampant at this company. Many good and loyal team members have been unceremoniously removed due to the aspirations and egos of certain members of the leadership team. The core business has some questionable practices, including the ever shifting target sales metrics and regular absorption of client rosters after what appear to be regularly planned waves of dismissals. I’ve also witnessed very poor treatment of employees by certain leaders and almost constant interruptions by senior leadership while others are presenting in meetings. Refusal to adhere to any type of meaningful process with consistency inhibits progress…I could go on, but I think that’s enough said.
