Oh no! We are sorry to see this negative review. Although I have to disagree, I think executive leadership does listen and our leaders continuously seek out feedback to continue improve the working environment and processes. I think that we could do a better job of communicating why we didn't move forward with a suggestion, but we take everything into consideration and continuously ask for feedback. We utilize our employee satisfaction surveys, skip level meetings and an open door policy to provide team member’s opportunity to share their points of view. While we have experienced occasional turnover, nothing points to leaving the company in droves. Our turnover rate was in line with the industry.
