However, the overall atmosphere at the company was quite toxic. Over the past six months, there were too many dramatic situations and unprofessional attitudes from leadership. There were tense situations with both clients and employees, and the work environment did not feel healthy. The number of employees has dramatically decreased in recent months due to several layoffs, which makes it hard to maintain a positive attitude. The company is also prone to causing burnout in its employees. Furthermore, the company does not feel transparent, and there were cases where employees were not paid what they were owed upon being let go. This lack of transparency creates a lack of trust that makes it difficult to have a productive and happy workplace.
