good people, okay parking, good summer

Minpunten

insulting pay grade structure, bad treatment to entry level employees, disrespectful treatment to your degree in regards to your salary. Profit is being shared within the top level management. No motivation to keep working, due to the fact of no recognition, and less pay to what you work for.(at least 60 hours a week). Cheap labor gets them to win projects and make money.
