This place has left a very bad taste in my mouth with its inept management and leadership. It’s believes its own hype and allows a certain CEO to bring a misogynistic agenda to the table. Once when I was trying to talk to him he mentioned ‘the noise of female voices’. The redundancy process was horrendous and not transparent as they suggested. They got so much wrong and back tracked on promises, keeping their favourites who toe the line and are absorbed in the cultish ways of the culture. It was like Squid Games with them axeing people without any consultation and then these poor employees would just disappear and be wiped from the systems. There’s no business plan to speak of and management are full of cloak and dagger secrets, taking home ridiculous pay checks. The reputation is in tatters and rightly so. Glad to have left, a blessing in disguise tbh.
