Competitive; handsome pay, good benefits package, a team made up from great, varied people of all skills (at least when I started), nice office building, good location. I was surrounded by a very supportive team, friends and luminaries that I looked up to. All of them left.
Minpunten
Highly disorganised upper management, unprofessional C-level managers, no sense of direction for culture, product and mission, weird affinity for overformalising everything, dishonest people. Favouritism is played regularly, highly contested and political games are played, including management posting to Glassdoor to up their average scores. As soon as the core of our culture started leaving, the trickle down effect started. I know of several highly talented folks whose potential remains untapped.
