All signs point to the CEO, who might be a genius in some things but is obviously not good at many other things. This would be fine if he allowed the talented people hired at Syllable to make decisions and accept ownership. Yet, he cannot let go of control and the business suffers: the most mundane decisions take months, efforts deemed high priority move at a snails pace, leaders lose confidence under this leadership and progress stalls.
