Mm where to start..... No work life balance at all they expect you to work, eat and sleep with the company in your head.. lots of employees left because of that Micro management like I've never seen before Horrible raises and bonuses Got rid off regular PTO (used to be 15 days and 20 days after 5 years)and moved to the biggest scam ever unlimited PTO which I you believe are required to get approvals from HR and others if you take more than 2 weeks in row

We also did move to unlimited time off which provides employees more flexibility - we understand your sentiments but moving to this approach is an industry best practice in technology companies.
