Company culture in general is incredible, a CEO who is a GOOD person and really cares about musicians, very artist-forward approach to music distribution, very international and culturally respectful team members, and colleagues who are all passionate about helping independent artists thrive. This is the best job ive ever had, and the people have so much to do with that.

Sometimes I wish we had a physical office space in NYC, but that's hardly a con.

AVOID at all costs! Lack of transparency and unclear communication around role expectations and long-term opportunities. Important decisions often come from higher-ups without direct or timely communication to employees. Limited mentorship or guidance, making it difficult for employees to feel supported or grow in their roles. Workplace culture can feel exclusive at times, with not enough emphasis on inclusion and collaboration. Pay does not always feel competitive for the workload and industry standards. Job stability can feel uncertain, which impacts morale. During busy periods, workloads can become overwhelming without adequate support. Workplace bullying
