Recruitment for critical roles to meet customer obligation on hold for years. Fear of removing poor performers due to hiring freezes. Reverted to desperate sales tactics. Company lacks understanding of finances. No future planning for organisation. No clear job progression. Performance targets contradict direction, e.g. increase margins while giving away free of charge to get sales. Extreme approach to offshore model. Very unbalanced compensation between members of the same team (2-4x), top performer are typically the lower salary. Too many burnt out and unhappy people.
