It's very high energy, but I can honestly say that I really love working here. If you're not high energy, motivated and actually care about your job, it;ll be a tough place for you.

There's never enough time. For anything. Sanj is actually a good CEO, however, he is VERY high energy and high maintenance. If you have trouble working with that personalty type, this company won't hesitate to chew you up and spit you out.

Office culture is that you must be there at least 8AM to 5PM+, or else. Most people live minutes away, If you have any commute time whatsoever, or kids, and don't live right in the neighborhood, steer clear. CEO will confront you in parking lot if you are a few minutes late. Working weekends and offering to stay late on some nights will do little to buy you flexibility if you need to leave early sometimes. For the actual work- it's timelines or else, at the cost of good science.
