I have been working at Synechron, and my experience has been a mix of strong learning opportunities and a few challenges. However, compensation is an area where I feel the company could improve. While the salary is competitive for some roles, market adjustments and internal corrections tend to move slowly. Promotions and hikes are not always transparent, and the process can feel inconsistent across teams.
