- Even though the cubicles and offices are designed for collaborative work, management consistently deters social interactions in the break areas - whether friendly or professional. - Management (legacy-INC) sees everyone as a number and makes every attempt to micro-manages work time. - The 'trusted process' model is a regurgitation of existing industry Common Knowledge - nothing special! - A good portion of the contracts awarded consists of tasks that major players in the industry would never touch. - The culture is legacy-INC (Syneos is an INC Research company)... again, do your research!!! - There is NO career growth unless your in the right click; promotions are not based on performance reviesw or your contributions to the organization. - High turnover continues to be an issue for the company. - Lots of recently promoted under-qualified associate directors - these people were obviously in the right click.
