When the company changed from INC Research to Syneos Health in January 2018 there was a huge cultural and organizational shift. To the point almost all logins have been changed to one's employee number, literally just a number. The Pandemic, Vaccine Mandate, and Labor Shortage have caused a huge shortfall in personnel and a greater shortage in personnel that are not burnt out and at their wits end., some studies have 1 or 0 CRAs. It is not uncommon, then the overloaded clinical teams are judged for a poor performance, though not given the resources.
