The frequency of turnover with claims managers is alarming. At a certain point, management should look inward and adjust rather than solving all their problems by firing, pushing people to resign, and misrepresenting reduction in force to the remainder of the team. working here feels like a waiting game to find out who is next to get voted off the island.
