It's a shame that a company with so much potential to be a great place to work crashes like a meteorite because of one person's aggressive and manipulative behavior. The CEO of this company charades as a leader who has the best interest of her employees at heart, when in actuality her only interests are her bottom line, her public perception and whatever award she can accept next. Do not be fooled into this ultimate bait and switch. She will woo you in the beginning and make you feel like you hung the moon in the sky only to turn around and demand that you work until 2am or later, verbally attack you in front of your peers, misrelay or downright lie about conversations that transpired and details of tasks that were meant to be completed, etc... in order to call you out and shame you in front of your colleagues. This person has every quality you do not want in a leader. If you stand up for yourself they will fire you. I've seen 2 warehouse personnel walk-out mid-shift (don't get me started on the insane hours these poor people pull) , 3 designers quit in tears, 1 project manager quit because of a nervous breakdown, and they fire anyone in their wake who won't roll over and submit to their terrible treatment. Don't be fooled by this shiny object-- it's just glittery wrapping paper over a box of dead flies.
