Very high turnover in many departments. Of those who aren't in the process of leaving, many want to leave. A place to work that does not support innovation or progress but instead tries to shut it down. I and others experienced this throughout our time there. Many managers are inexperienced, which causes frequent problems, yet leadership will not take on experienced managers.
