Minpunten
Poor communication from top management level down. Lack of clear communication between departments meant we were unable to support customers to the best of our ability. Inept senior managers who were not prepared to listen to feedback or suggestions and were disrespectful and unprofessional towards staff. No investment in administrative systems which were not fit for purpose. No CRM system to correctly and consistently document client interaction. No training available for staff who were not deemed 'scientific'. No genuine acknowledgement of staff or departments who were deemed as 'support' functions.
