Even hikes provided, if provided, are very low (irrespective of in-company experience)(<=5%). 2. No Work life Balance. (NO does not mean Disturbed, It means No.) 3. No Project Trainings, You are expected to do work and deliver without trainings. 7. No/Very less Support during work from Seniors. 8. Female to Male ratio 1:10 Consider all this in 2 year bond situation.
