Very low salary, Business requirement is more important than good coding, They don't care if you follow coding standards (Junior Devs might find this exciting), Salary is provided late, No AC (till now), If you leave the company, your last month's salary might be kept on hold and could be left like that forever, Your growth isn't appreciated, company comes first.
