Generally a good culture and people. Good pay and benefits.

Management is removed from the front lines of the project work and often reference how they used to do it 10 years ago. There is a disconnect between expectation and understanding that creates friction between sales, engineers and clients.

A good ‘ol’ boys/girls club culture Uneven in-office requirements, with some teams having to be at the office for no reason while others work from home limited advancement opportunities Extremely punitive work environment
