The opportunity to grow with the company is readily available for those willing to work & learn new things as required. Everyone is very friendly and will do what they can to help you.

      We all work hard to deliver, it is such a fast moving environment and the technology moves fast with it that you have to learn quickly. It's not such a con unless you want to sit and do the same day in day out, more of a requirement that you are interested in learning and progressing.
