Seeing all the negative reviews, I cannot restrict myself from addressing them. I have worked for Sysvine India for more than 8 years and working in Sysvine US for more than 3 years. Sysvine never asks anyone to work more than 8 or 9 hours. It's about being organized and focused during working hours and estimating the tasks correctly. I want to highlight a few good cultures followed in Sysvine. - Providing opportunities to learn and work on new technologies. We hardly find this opportunity elsewhere. - I have personally observed many leads and managers mentor their team members with their heart and soul. - If an employee wants a change in project or technology, the company helps them to find a different project based on their interest. - Management takes employee’s feedback very seriously. Management addresses every comment raised by employees through surveys. - The company has provided an onsite opportunity for many employees with its own funds. Please talk with your manager to solve any issues before writing it on GD or putting papers. You will be amazed how quickly that can solve your concerns.
